If I wrote a romance book but it's more like story but not like a mini romance but a micro romance is it too corny to call it a micromance? Thoughts?

Meh why not? A lot of people who are in short term relationships are corny as hell, in fact a lot bail when the gloss of this period wares off.

The only reason I can think of not to call it that is because of the currently trending term Micro-agression which has very negative connotations for large swathes of society who see either the concept or use of the term itself to be a problem.

Maybe just call it a mini Romance? No need to reinvent the wheel if it still rolls and who says how small in mini?
